For airport sendings, there is a grace waiting period of no more than 10 minutes. Overtime surcharges apply if waiting time exceeds grace period.
- Overtime charges of ₩30,000 per hour or part thereof is applicable if you exceed grace waiting period (for airport sendings).
- Overtime charges are to be paid directly to the driver in cash(₩) at the end of the tour day.
- Avoid traffic jams by refraining from travelling during rush hours, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays.
- It takes 1 hr car ride from Busan to Gimhae Airport, assuming smooth traffic conditions.
- Tipping is optional but you are more than welcome to tip your driver if you think he deserves more!
- Full refunds issued for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to tour day.
- 50% refunds issued for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to tour day.
- No refunds issued for no-shows and cancellations made 7 days prior to tour day and on tour day.
Under circumstances of sudden military attacks or extreme weather conditions such as floods and blizzards, date changes and/or cancellations can be made without incurring fees. Luckily, that never happened.
