Overtime charges of ₩30,000 per hour is applicable if you exceed duration.
- Overtime charges are to be paid directly to the driver in cash(₩) at the end of the tour day.
- Rush hours in Seoul starts from 8-9:30am and 6-8pm. Avoid traffic jams by refraining from travelling during rush hours, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays.
- Date change is permitted up to 3 days prior to tour day but is subjected to availability.
- Tipping is optional but you are more than welcome to tip your driver if you think he deserves more!
- Full deposit refunds issued for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to tour day.
- 50% deposit refunds issued for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to tour day.
- No deposit refunds issued for no-shows and cancellations made 7 days prior to tour day and on tour day.
Under circumstances of sudden military attacks or extreme weather conditions such as floods and blizzards, date changes and/or cancellations can be made without incurring fees. Luckily, that never happened.
